Your child or ward’s name, age, gender and school name.
The name of the school, its address and its contact details.
Your communications and interactions with us by email, chat or other modes.
Your activity on the platform: courses opted for, responses in assignments, the timing of those responses.
Device model ID, browser type and pages visited on the platform.
Your location, the location of your IP address or other similar data points.
You can use or access our platform without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are no longer anonymous to us.
Where possible we indicate which fields are required and which are optional. You always have the option not to provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature. If you do not provide mandatory information we may be unable to provide the services, and incomplete or inaccurate information may disrupt your use of the platform, for which we will not be responsible.
Information you give us. When you use the platform or services we may prompt you to share information. For example, when creating a user account we may ask for your basic details.
Information we collect automatically. We may collect information through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies, including usage data and network or device data. We may also use third-party tools to collect it.

These include o-Auth mechanisms for access control, SSL and TLS for secure internet connections, and high throughput firewall and anti-virus software in our systems. When we engage third-party vendors we seek that they implement necessary security precautions in accordance with our policies.
No internet, email or other electronic transmission is ever fully secure or error free, so please take care in deciding what information you send to us in this way. We disclaim liability for any security incident that occurs despite commercially reasonable efforts, in accordance with applicable law, and we are not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites that may collect your personal information. For example, we do not directly collect payment information from you: we engage third-party payment processors to facilitate payments, and your payment information may be collected by them.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties, and this Policy does not cover how they process your personal information. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
You have the following rights in respect of your personal information.
Right of access. You can ask us for copies of the personal information we process or retain about you.
Right of rectification. You can ask us to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal information that you cannot update without our assistance.

We acknowledge children’s privacy interests and urge parents and legal guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities. Anyone under the age of 18 cannot create an independent account. Parents or guardians can allow their children or wards to use their own accounts to access the services.
You authorise and give consent to MAF Technologies Private Limited to send you, either directly or through any third-party service provider, information, alerts, SMS, other messages, calls, commercial communication and other services on the telephone numbers you have listed.
You confirm that by sending any such messages or calls, you will not hold us or our third-party service provider liable, or institute a complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 or other applicable regulations, including any amendment as may be applicable from time to time.
All users can opt out of non-essential promotional and marketing communication after setting up an account. To remove your contact information from all email lists and newsletters, write to mailus@getsetlearn.info.
